anzuk Education are working with an excellent secondary school in Worcestershire to find a Music Teacher to start in January 2023.
Required for January 2023, a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher to teach Music on a full-time, permanent basis.
Situated in a recently built area of the school, the department enjoys outstanding facilities including a suite of iMacs, practice rooms and a large workroom. A superb theatre, dance studio and drama area are located in the same block making for a performing arts hub. The school has been awarded the Artsmark Platinum Award, one of only 46 schools nationally, which is testimony to the standard of arts provision here.
This school is oversubscribed and enjoys an excellent reputation in the region. Ofsted praised the outstanding behaviour and courtesy of our students and the respect that they showed to staff. They judged students’ “personal development” too as outstanding. The intake is broad, from the academically gifted to students requiring nurturing in numeracy and literacy. The school staff are ambitious for them all and share a deep conviction that they should all reach their potential.
This is an opportunity to work in a thriving school where students, staff and parents work together. Over-subscribed and highly valued in the community, the school values the quality of working life for staff and offers regular opportunities for teachers to develop in their practice and careers.
