Maths Teacher

A Post-16 provision in Bristol is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to start ASAP. You will be developing children's mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills and working with a fantastic and dedicated team. 

The Role:

  • Full time, immediate start
  • Teaching Maths, Further Maths and Core Maths to A level (KS5)
  • Set and assess coursework, assessment and home learning materials
  • Attend faculty meetings, sharing and reviewing student progress data
The ideal Maths teacher will:
  • Empower students to develop skills in problem-solving and mathematical reasoning
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to target different learning styles and SEN
  • Have strong behaviour management skills 
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for their specialist subject
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification (FE qualification/QTS/PGCE)
