An Enthusiastic Teaching Assistants required for September

The School
We are currently looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistants to support the learning of students at a Secondary School based in Kingston upon Thames. It is to start in September. You will be supporting the classroom teacher in day to day tasks and responsibilities.

The Role
The right candidates for these positions will have an ability to build relationships with children from varying backgrounds in Secondary classrooms. You will be required 1:1 or in a classroom environment. Training and support will be provided by experienced teachers and support staff who have key knowledge of the student base.

Key Skills
No experience is necessary, but any suitable background in working with children, particularly those with special educational needs is advantageous. Key skills include a positive attitude, resilience and the ability to build rapport with students.
