The anzuk academy program is the perfect entry into the education recruitment space. Our academy program designed to give you meaningful work experience and the opportunity to grow and shape your career. Our rotational program will have you embedded in agile teams, where you’ll be exposed to all aspects of our business with a focus on education recruitment. We provide the ability to learn, innovate and inspire whilst developing your technical and practical skills.

Once we have your CV, if we think you will be a fit for one of our vacancies our People and Growth team will be in touch to get to know you a bit better.
We love to meet face to face or interview online. If your initial chat with our People and Growth team highlights a mutual interest then we will arrange for you to meet one of the members of our a-team!

We continue to lead the way in education recruitment services, including early childhood and executive specialties.
