Assistant Director required for a highly regarded purpose built long day care service in the Kew Area
anzuk Education are proud to be partnering with a highly regarded state-of-the-art Centre based in the Kew area. This service is part of a large private company who pride themselves on forming excellent relationships with families and providing a 'home away from home' for their children. The Centre is beautifully resourced and spacious, filled with natural light and natural resources. The Centre have an inclusive approach to education and incorporate different cultures, festivals and events into their practice.
Your role as an Assistant Director will be to support the current Director on a day to day basis along with covering breaks and planning as required across all age groups. The Director will ensure you have the opportunity to get involved in regular professional development and will support any future study you wish to take within the industry.
As the ideal candidate, you will present with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS and have experience as an Assistant Director or be a Room Leader who is wanting to make the next step in your career. You'll also have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be passionate about providing education and care of the highest standard to children.
